Mental Health First Aid for Public Safety provides law officers and staff with more response options to help them de-escalate incidents and better understand mental illnesses so they can respond to mental health-related situations appropriately without compromising safety. 

Please note that this is an 8-hour on-line training. Participant must attend entire day to obtain certification. Instructor will allow time for breaks. You must have a Zoom account and check zoom connection prior to training date. Participants will receive a Zoom invite the day before the training.
