2-Day Adult Mental Health First Aid Training (In Person)
This is a two-day In-person training. The training is 12:00pm -4:00pm both dates. You must attend both dates to obtain certification.

About the event
Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.
Please note that this is an In-Person 2-day, 4-hr training per day. At the end of the training, each participant will receive certification that is good for 3 years. If you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms or flu like symptoms, we encourage you to register for our Virtual training's or return to attend the in-person training later.
