2-Day Adult Mental Health First Aid via Zoom Invitation (2 Fridays)

Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.

Please note that this is a virtual two-day four hours per day training. The training is from 3:00pm -7:00pm. Participant must attend both dates to obtain certification. This is a virtual Mental Health First Aid Training. You must have a Zoom account and check zoom connection prior to training date. Participants will receive a Zoom invite the day before the training.
