2-Day Adult Mental Health First Aid via Zoom Invitation (Jan 18th and 19th, 2024)

Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.

Please note that this is a two-day 4.5 hours per day training. Participants must attend both dates to obtain certification. This is a virtual Mental Health First Aid Training. You must have a Zoom account and check the Zoom connection before the training date. Participants will receive a Zoom invite the day before the training. Cameras must be left on at all times.
