1-Day Adult Mental Health First Aid via Zoom Invitation

Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.

Please note that this is an 8-hour on-line training. Participant must attend the entire day to obtain certification. Camera must be always on. The instructor will allow time for breaks. You must have a Zoom account and check zoom connection prior to the training date. Participants will receive a Zoom invitation the day before the training.
