About the event
Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.
Please note that this is an In-Person, 2-day, 4-hr per day training. Training starts at 10am and ends at 2pm on both dates. Participants must attend both dates to obtain certificate. Certification is good for 3 years. If you have experienced any COVID-19 symptoms, we encourage you to register to our Virtual training's or return to attend the in-person training another date.
