2-Day Adult Mental Health First Aid via Zoom Invitation

Mental Health First Aid for Adults teaches people how to recognize signs of mental health or substance use challenges in adults ages 18 and older, how to offer and provide initial help, and how to guide a person toward appropriate care if necessary. Topics covered include anxiety, depression, psychosis, and addictions.

Please note that this is a virtual two-day 4.5 hours per day training. Participants must attend both dates to obtain certification. You must have a Zoom account and check your zoom connection prior to the training date. Camera must be on at all times. The instructor will allow time for breaks.
